Braille Packaging

We use braille printed packages for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and other products. We are joining Oman's venture to give equal rights to visually challenged persons by introducing braille packaging. We have recently added a brand new European machine for making high quality hard case book covers, calendar stands, folders and diary cases with high accuracy and speed to achieve deadlines and save cost. Pre-press
A combination of the latest CTP (computer to plate) machine and image setter with automatic processing machines offers excellent and speedy output of printing plates (24 plates per hour). Latest equipments in pre press operations along with the CTP facility, makes us the best one stop printing press.
Designing & Typesetting
Our facility includes typesetting, layout, designing, scanning, positives-negatives and providing digital dummy for approvals. With 20 high end Apple Mac machines and latest softwares, we can handle the simple to the most complicated designs.
Automatic Sewing
Our fully automatic sewing machine can produce book blocks for further binding at a very high speed and accuracy. Books, Magazines and other high quality products which are required to open fully for reading, can be done very successfully using this machine.
Perfect Binding
Our Perfect binding line is designed to bind heavy books. The machine can bind up to 5cm of spine which make us the best in manufacturing yearbooks, textbooks and directories. This gives a perfect spine output with superior quality
Our latest KOLBUS perfect binder produces 7000 books per hour. Perfect bound books are created by gluing the pages and cover together at the spine with a strong, flexible thermal glue. The other three sides of the book are then trimmed as needed to give them clean “perfect” edges. The unit is equiped with an inline three knife trimming.
Saddle Stitching
Books are constructed from the folded sheets that are held together by wire staples placed through the crease of the spine. Our Saddle Stitchers are based on the most successful line of Muller Martini technology and offers high speed stitching up to 14,000 cycles per hour.
Special UV
We are equipped with automatic UV varnish machine with electronic controls. It can handle 70X100 cm sheet and delivers high quality ultra violet coatings.
Foil Stamping
These post press operations are done on trusted Heidelberg cylinder & Platen machines with high precision and speed.
